G. Wright - October 14

Students in economics will wrap up reports on economists.  We will begin studying particular factors that have shaped our United States History.  The emphasis will be on events and people of interest.

Students in English Lit will work on creating a study guide to wrap up the book "Great Expectations" for a test on Thursday or Friday.

The Health class will conclude the course with group presentations on Type I and II Diabetes.  They will begin to study the benefits of exercising as we begin the remainder of  the semester on Personal Fitness.

Students in Economics will do individual presentations on economists that have helped shaped our economy.

Students in English Lit will continue to work on character presentations  for the novel "Great Expectations" to be completed and ready for reporting on Friday.

The students in Economics will begin during their oral presentations on selected Economists.

Students in Health class will begin studying how diabetes receive medical treatment for their illness.  This will also include how diabetic patients do their own treatment at home.

The class will also begin to prepare research presentations on both types of Diabetes.

The English Lit class will continue to read "Great Expectations" chapters 25-30.  The class will begin to slowly wrap-up the novel by studying an individual character as they have grown up.  Each group will prepare a presentation in the class comparing the youth of that character to where they are as adults.  This assignment will be presented in class by week's end.
